Our team will arrive at your home and begin locating your septic tank. After your tank is located, the septic tank will be dug up. Once the septic tank is dug up, we will begin pumping your septic tank. Pumping the septic tank usually takes about an hour. After we are finished pumping the septic tank, we will cover the tank back up.

Usually, when we come to your home, we can locate and find the septic tank right away using a probe rod. If we are unable to locate the septic tank with a probe rod, we also have a septic tank locator.

It is best to have your septic tank pumped out every 3-5 years. Over the course of years, the consistent flow of water from your home to your drain field can be a lot. Eventually, over time your drain lines can become oversaturated from a constant flow of water. This results in drain line failure. Pumping your septic system regularly gives the system a break from all the water that is constantly being used in the home. We offer 5 year plans that we can set you up on to have your septic tank pumped every 5 years. Preventative maintenance is key.
